Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Shipping Areas

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your padel rackets, tennis gear, or table tennis equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our simple return process makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • First Aid and Ice Packs (if opened or used)
  • Padel Balls (once opened or used in play)
  • Rugby Balls (if used in play)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your order number and product details
  2. Wait for authorization – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item with all accessories in original packaging, marking the RMA number clearly on the outside
  4. Ship your return – Send to our return address using a trackable service (keep your shipping receipt)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
  • PayPal refunds typically process within 24-48 hours
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement after processing your return
  • We cover the shipping cost for exchanges
  • Delivery times follow standard estimates (10-15 days for standard shipping, 15-25 days for free shipping)

Damaged or Defective Items
