Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • First Aid and Ice Packs (opened or used)
  • Padel Balls (once opened or used in play)
  • Rugby Balls (if used in play)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for return authorization – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds typically process within 24-48 hours
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchange Processing

If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return. Exchange shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates (10-15 days for standard shipping, 15-25 days for free shipping).

Damaged or Defective Items
